Sunday Dinner
A San Francisco Sunday dinner in May:
Hummus and crackers; brie
Halibut baked at 400-degrees in white wine/herb/olive oil
Marinated tofu [pour moi]
Asparagus baked with oregano/olive oil/parmesan
Wild rice with spinach
Salad
Pinot grigio
Vegan chocolate cake; decaf coffee
Lots of walking in the wind and sun looking for apartments ... fell in love with the most beautiful (and wildly expensive) condo over by the Mission ... until I can afford it, I will only cook for guests, and light candles, and read novels by Alice Adams .
